A former model discovered at 12, she acquired the agency in 2005 and has since built a dynamic roster of over 500 models, actors, and creatives, earning a reputation for developing standout talent and shaping successful careers throughout all major markets across fashion and entertainment.

Based in Miami, Rick is an internationally-published photographer with extensive experience working with models, pageant winners, and public personalities. He specializes in identifying strong camera presence, confidence, and market-ready talent. Rick is most recognized for producing elevated beauty and editorial work across Miami and Puerto Rico.

A former Miss Georgia Teen USA, Jena Sims Koepka is an experienced swimwear model most recognized for her work with Sports Illustrated. She has appeared in films including Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader and Sharknado 5, as well as the HBO television series Entourage. Jena runs a non-profit organization called Pageant of Hope, hosting beauty pageants for children with cancer and other disadvantages.
